Reporting to the Assistant Business Manager: Finance you will be based at our Cape Town offices (Tygervalley-area). Duties&Responsibilities Key Performance Areas (KPA’s) include: • Manage all payments to our Fruit Suppliers o Ensure on time and correct payment to our valued Fruit Suppliers o Main contact between Finance and Fruit Suppliers o Forecasting of Cash Estimates for weekly Fruit Suppliers payments o Submission of Breeding Club Declarations • Manage credit facility and credit risk to our Fruit Suppliers – mainly advances and seasonal production o Ensure all documents are in place for Due Diligence and Payback Analysis o Create loan agreements and ensure accurate T&C’s o FICA and NCR compliance • GL Reconciliations - Timeous Review and Completion of Fruit Suppliers Related GL Recons • Monthly Reporting - Contribution to accurate&timeous monthly and annual financial reporting Desired Experience&Qualification Education&Experience: • Minimum 8-10 years middle financial management experience • Experience in the Fruit Export Industry will be an advantage These jobs were popular with other job seekers #J-18808-Ljbffr
