About the role: The Group Financial Manager is responsible for internal and external financial reporting and liaising with finance teams throughout the group. The Group Financial Manager has 3 direct reports and reports directly to the Group CFO. Desired Experience&Qualification Key Responsibilities Assisting with the finalisation of the annual audit process Regulatory reporting: Oversee and review the annual group QRT return for the group Oversee and review the consolidated results of the group to assess the impact of potential risk scenarios as part of the annual ORSA process JSE reporting requirements: Liaise with the group’s sponsors on various SENS and other reporting requirements Management information: Preparation, review and reporting of monthly management accounts, including flash results Monthly Credit and Investment Committee reporting and attending these meetings.
