Job Duties: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements Conduct user acceptance testing and facilitate JAD sessions Analyse data and provide insights to support decision-making Work closely with project teams to ensure successful project delivery Implement change management processes to drive business improvements Required Qualifications: Industrial Engineering Degree or related field Proficiency in Dynamics NAV and Advanced Excel Experience: Prior experience in a Business Analyst role Experience in project management Knowledge and Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Knowledge of change management principles Preferred Qualifications: Professional certification in Business Analysis Experience in the IT and FMCG industries Working Conditions: This position is based in the City of Cape Town, with occasional travel to other locations as required.
