What will you do? Marketing Campaigns Planning, Implement, manage, and report on ‘tactical delight and surprise’ campaigns across partners and businesses which are results driven and talkable, and ensure it aligns to our brand values, tone and style. Research and develops new marketing campaign strategies. Identify appropriate digital marketing channels and seamless client journeys on how each campaign can be delivered to members.  Enforces brand marketing guidelines throughout each campaign to create a cohesive feel to each campaign across the different CI guidelines from different companies. Responsible for identifying and planning of the Sanlam Reality events calendar with key stakeholders (Sales, Legal, Compliance etc.) in Sanlam Reality and broader Sanlam and strategic partners. Work with different agencies across the Group for the execution and creative delivery on different campaigns. Training other staff members on digital platforms and concepts. Responsible for identifying and planning of the Sanlam Reality events calendar with key stakeholders (Sales, Legal, Compliance etc.) in Sanlam Reality and broader Sanlam and strategic partners. Organizing facilities and details which include catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material, etc. Reporting and measurement of event success. Ensuring CI adherence is all events. Qualification Digital Marketing Degree or 3-year National Diploma in Digital Projects. Experience 5 years’ proven experience as Marketing Specialist in the Financial Services or Retail Industry. 3 years’ experience in executing innovative digital marketing campaigns. Exposure to managing successful social media campaigns. 3 years’ experience in interacting with a communications agency. Knowledge and Skills Good understanding of the total digital marketing landscape (email, SEO, Social, remarketing, video, etc). Solid understanding of social marketing. Solid understanding of web metrics and digital analytics.
