Employer Description32 roomed 5 star game lodge in North West ProvinceJob DescriptionTo ensure the efficient and profitable running of all F&B outlets by carefully planning, controlling and the coordinating of all relevant facets of agreed operational standards and procedures.To ensure that all guests receive consistent and satisfactory product and service delivery in line with established 5-star standards.Maintain responsibility for sales, expenses and profit goals as outlined in the food & beverage department operational strategy and budget, whilst delivering impeccable service.Lead, and continuously upskill and develop the F&B team members.Procurement, management, and control of all F&B related inventory and operating equipment.Prepare reports and provide all relevant information to the General Manager.QualificationsHotel School diploma or equivalent in Hospitality/Food Service/F&B Management a must.SkillsSolid experience as an F&B Manager in a 5-star environment, with proven history of delivering unique, memorable, and exceptional guest experiences. Attention to detail and maintaining a guest centric approach in everything. Knowledge and experience with stock control and POS systems like Pluspoint, BPM for Sage or Micros. The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines. In-depth knowledge of latest food and beverage trends and best practices.
