Our client, a well-established Motorhome manufacturer based in Atlantis, Western Cape, seek to employ a skilled Project Coordinator.The Package:R 16 500.00 to R 18 500.00/MonthProvident Fund after 6 months : Employee 7.5 % and Employer 8 % Contribution.Working Hours :Mon to Thu, 07h00 am to 17h00 pmFri, 07h00 am to 14h00 pm.Duties & ResponsibilitiesAdminister and co-ordinate the production planning, implementation and results to the all appropriate departments - Sales, Design, Purchasing, Stores, Quality and Production.Ensure time frames are administered per job and communicated to all appropriate departments on a weekly basis.Co-ordinate all Special Projects identified continuously.Ensure that all production drawings are up to date.Provide technical assistance where needed.Plan and oversee the implementation of jobs and sub-jobs (internal or outsourced), makingsure that they stay within the stipulated budget and time frames.Administer all projects and factor risks, costs, quality and utilisation of resources.Assist with the compilation of new and existing standard operating procedures.Assist with the procurement and development of new and existing products.Consult and liaise with Support Services Manager for determining storage spacerequirements, optimum stock quantities and resolving issues.Providing accurate and relevant information as required by the business.Liaise with the Factory Manager to ensure that project contractual and quality requirementswithin the schedule are supported and maintained through all stages of manufacture as toensure project completion within the schedule.Carry out, as instructed, any task as deemed reasonable by the General ManagerAdminister the NCRS compliance.Breaking complex projects into simpler tasks and setting goals and time framesCreating and updating workflows.Measuring and reporting on project performance.Acting as the contact point for all project participants.Monitoring progress of the project and reporting potential issues.Schedule and coordinate project, technical meetings, workshops and agendas, as and when required.Minimum RequirementsGrade 12 – MatricRelevant tertiary qualifications.Technical mindset and relevant experience. Minimum of 3 years.Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.Problem-solving skills with a keen eye for details.Exceptional time-management and organisational skills.Strong verbal as well as written communication skills.Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint etcStrong Knowledge and practical experience of Microsoft Projects.#J-18808-Ljbffr
