The Senior Manager: Business Development is responsible for shaping and implementing the business strategy to achieve the growth objectives for Phakamani Impact Capital. This entails market analysis, input into product development, defining sales / go-to-market strategies, pricing strategies, and collaborating with marketing to achieve sales targets. The role involves engaging with key stakeholders to understand and address market needs, in addition to driving strategic initiatives to meet business development goals and targets.QualificationsStrong background in business development, sales, or related fieldExperience in the enterprise and supplier development (ESD) spaceProven track record in identifying and pursuing new business opportunitiesAbility to build and maintain client relationshipsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsStrategic thinking and problem-solving abilitiesLeadership and team management experienceKnowledge of the mining industryBachelor's degree in business (B Comm, B Bus Sci) MBA or relevant post-graduate degree would be advantageousExperience: 8-10 years of experience in the ESD sector, with at least 3 years at a senior level, Experience in the mining sector#J-18808-Ljbffr
